Math Instructor
Job Description:
As a part-time Sylvan Instructor, you will be trained on the Sylvan curriculum and given the tools to teach in a small group, 3:1 setting. We are currently looking for teachers/tutors who can teach advanced high school math courses.
Our part-time teachers/tutors work 10-20 hours per week, 3:00-7:00 Monday-Friday, and Saturdays 9:30-1:30 (hours vary based on need).

As a successful Instructor, you will:
Deliver Quality Education:
Teach using Sylvan based programs
Supervise, interact with and motivate students during instruction hour while they work with equipment and materials
Reward students for completed assignments
Evaluate and document student progress
Communicate student needs to the center manager
We require:
B.A. or B.S. have taken or will take the CBEST (Or currently enrolled in credential program)
Math Tutor-B.A. or B.S.
