Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Top Tracer Guest Service Representative to join our team.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries and requests.
Duties:
- Greet and get Toptracer guests started on bays - Coordinate bay availability with Proshop - Answer Toptracer questions customer may have - Answer phone - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized driving range - Control outside food and beverage ensuring patrons don't bring in their own items
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in golf a plue but not necessary - If you enjoy providing exceptional service to guests and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
