Must demonstrate superior customer service and maintain the high standard of cleanliness that has been established for the community, and encourage teamwork through open communication with co-workers and other departments.
Pay:
$16.
50/hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
Clean all common areas and offices, monitor and remove trash into designated trash receptacles to assure the building is clean at all times Ensure that all appropriate caution/safety signs are properly set up and posted prior to performing dutiesReport any health, safety or sanitation concerns to the supervisor; including reporting any apartment repairs/conditions that need attention Maintain work areas safe and free of hazardous objects by putting all equipment away as soon as the job that requires it is finishedFollow all established procedures and policies for properly mixing, storing, and using chemicals, disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and for the proper disposal of wasteLock and control all housekeeping supplies and carts making sure that chemicals and/or hazardous materials are not left unattended, or accessible to residents or visitorsComply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operationsMay need to assist in the moving of residents during emergency situationsDisplay a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when workingRepresent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basisPerform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferredA minimum of one year of work experience in the industry preferredBackground clearances as required by government regulationsMust meet health requirements, including TBPhysical and Mental Demands:
Able to be mobile and perform the physical requirements of the job to include:
walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motionsAbility to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
and push up to 50 lbs.
, including carts, carpet cleanersAble to communicate orally, and to read, comprehend, and write at basic levelAble to understand, remember and follow basic instructions and guidelines and perform basic calculations About the Company:
