Job Description:
Our law firm needs an experienced Legal Assistant/ Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and clients.
As the assigned Case Manager, we are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.

documents, requesting medical records, bills, and confirming medical balances.
Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish - (Preferred) Able to work M - F (8:
